This hotel is a hidden gem on the lake, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated with balconies to admire the view. I loved the extra outdoor shower, it was a unique touch that added to the overall experience. The staff were professional and friendly, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location in the middle of the lake made it truly special. Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.

- view from the room
- very disappointed, no TV. in room, based on receptionist, there is only one TV in room 209. - limited entries in the menu, not recommend to have lunch or dinner at the hotel, should try other restaurants nearby. - all telepnone calls ( local and international) have to make at the reception (1-2 lines), no one picked up our international calls from home at night - very slow internet (~ 50 kbps), forget about free wi-fi

I had a great experience at the floating resort, nestled on the beautiful Inle Lake. The unique ambiance and resort setting made for a truly memorable stay. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to explore the various attractions around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was spacious and clean. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited breakfast options and the need to pay for boat transfers, I would still recommend this hotel for its stunning location and overall enjoyable experience.

Great pool, spacious huts, convenient location near stilted villages, workshops, and markets. Helpful staff, stable wifi, and quick electricity restoration during heavy rain.
Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The hotel is situated in an area of great natural beauty with amazing boat trips available. Guests can enjoy massages and the staff is known to be incredibly welcoming and friendly. Some rooms offer stunning views of the surrounding landscapes, and while the water pressure is low in some bathrooms, the rooms have a certain charm. Room service is available and the breakfast is tasty and plentiful.
The dining options may be limited and the prices of food and drinks are higher than some other similar hotels.

Our romantic escape was perfect. the stunning views from our room were unforgettable, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We had a fantastic time exploring the area and the local market was a highlight. the breakfast was a real treat, with a delicious variety of options. the outdoor shower was a unique and memorable experience.
The noise from the boats on the lake could be a bit overwhelming at times, although we expected this to some degree. the location was a bit remote, so it was necessary to take a boat to explore the surrounding areas.

We had a blast exploring the beautiful lake through boat tours, biking along scenic trails, and even trying our hand at rowing and canoeing. The friendly staff were always ready to assist us in organizing these activities, making our experience even more enjoyable. The spacious wooden cabin with its cozy atmosphere and stunning lake views provided the perfect setting for some quality family time. The resort's inviting pool was also a big hit, especially on those days when we wanted to unwind and sip on refreshing cocktails. Plus, the resort's affordable rates made it an incredible value for the whole family. We truly cherished our stay and can't wait to return!
My wife says that it would have been great if the resort had a dedicated play area or activities for children.

The décor and design of the rooms were quite charming and added to the romantic vibe of our getaway. We appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities provided. the location of the hotel offered a secluded and peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for our romantic escape. The views were stunning and we enjoyed gazing out at the natural landscape.
We couldn't fully enjoy the peaceful location due to the constant noise from the surrounding boats and helicopters. It honestly felt like we were in the middle of a busy city instead of a secluded resort.

The guestrooms at Shwe Inn Tha Floating Resort are incredibly cozy and comfortable. I had a fantastic night's sleep in the rustic-style air-conditioned room with a beautiful view of Inlaylake. The private balcony in the largest air-conditioned room was a must-have, offering stunning views of the lake. The room amenities, like complimentary instant coffee and tea, made me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the rainfall showerheads in the private bathrooms a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that some guests might still enjoy them.

They had legit activities for all the adrenaline junkies out there. We went on this dope boat tour around Inle Lake and got to see the most epic sunset ever! Then, we went hiking and biking like crazy up the mountains, feeling like total champs. And guess what? We even tried rowing and canoeing, feeling like true explorers! Best vacation ever, hands down!
Only one little thing. we wished they had a lit party scene for us young party animals.

The rooms were spacious, with a separate shower and toilet. Breakfast was tasty and there was a variety of options. The girl at reception was accommodating and welcoming.
Could not be improved in any way.
